Shipping
The vast majority of our items are sent by next day courier service. Occasionally deliveries are made via Royal Mail. We aim to despatch orders within 48 working hours from cleared payment.
Friday couriers are normally delivered on Monday. We do not despatch on weekends.
Deliveries require a signature and times cannot be specified. If your product is returned to us because you failed to make the necessary arrangements to receive or collect the item(s) then you will be liable to pay the costs to re-deliver the item.
VAT is included in the website product cost.
Delivery is to Mainland United Kingdom only. For N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Off-shore Scottish Islands or International deliveries please contact us before making payment. We will not despatch your item until the correct payment is made.
Returns
By law under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 7 days of purchase, unless the product has been used or opened.
Returned items must be received to the below address within 14 days of receipt.

The returned product must be received in the same condition as it was sent to you, to allow the resale of the product, as a new item. Items returned damaged (including packaging), or with missing parts will be processed at the discretion of Home TV Brackets.
A 20% handling charge of the purchased item will be applied to all returned goods unless Home TV Brackets have supplied in error.

Faulty goods
In the unlikely event of a product being received that is faulty, Home TV Brackets will refund in full the costs for the purchase or will replace the item free of charge.
